An Taoiseach, Micheál Martin, paid a visit to Douglas Lawn Tennis Club in Cork to formally launch the International Wood Racket Tennis inaugural event which takes place at the tennis Club on the weekend of the 3rd to 5th of September. An Taoiseach also also formally re-opened the 6 club flood-lit all weather courts after their recent resurfacing and the addition of a new state of the art lighting system.
