Our AGM will be taking place on Thursday, January 20th, 2022 at 8 pm and regrettably, due to the ongoing health crisis, we will be running the meeting once again online (ZOOM).

In order to facilitate your attendance, we need to receive your AGM attendance registration by January 13th at 5 pm via email douglasltcagm@gmail.com.  In the case of family members, each eligible attendee must register individually.  Only senior members are entitled to vote at the AGM.

We are also looking for nominees for next year’s Committee (10 Senior Members required to nominate the Club President, one Nominator/one Seconder required for all other Committee roles). Committee Nominations need to be received by January 13th at 5 pm via email douglasltcagm@gmail.com

If you wish to submit a motion or constitutional amendment, these need to be received by January 6th at 5 pm via email douglasltcagm@gmail.com

The Committee is urging all members to make an effort to attend the AGM and participate in the shaping of our Club in 2022.
